Negotiating Differences

Negotiating Differences

Differences come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. They surface (become obvious) because of differing beliefs or disputes over possessions (mental or physical).

Beliefs are personal opinions. Negotiations are not necessary. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions (whether they agree with you or not).

Possessions are arbitrary. Rational discussion can resolve almost any disagreement. Failing that there is always arbitration. Or if it comes down to it there can be legislation.
