Dis-satisfaction occurs when an employee feels:
“discriminated against, under-valued or dis-respected“
Managers and Leaders would do well to strengthen their “People Skills” sensitivity.
Dis-satisfaction can often be “reduced or even illuminated” just by acknowledging an employee’s feelings and concerns.
This does not mean that you become best buddies.
It does mean that you show authentic interest with a genuine offer of support if possible.
